I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

R e f u n d s:

Please note that no refunds will be given after your wedding/prom date.

Due to the bespoke nature of my designs which are handmade, refunds are only offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty.

Refunds are given at my discretion and I ask you to contact me to arrange this prior to you returning an item.

Request to return items must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order.

I cannot refund any postage costs and returns will not be accepted if not previously arranged with me.

I advise you to use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery so that should the item goes missing you are able to make a claim with the carrier and ensure that the item is insured up to or over its value.


R e t u r n s & Exchanges:

Goods must be returned to me at your own expense and you should ensure they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. I cannot refund any postage costs and ask that you return the tems in their original condition and box. The box must also be in it’s original condition.

The item must be returned within 7 days after they have been received.
**This does not apply to 'bespoke items', unless found to be defective, damaged or lost in the post.

**Bespoke items (customised items) - any items that are personalised with initials/dates, made to order rings (size, colour etc.), bracelets (size, colour etc.), necklaces (size, colour etc.) and any custom listings or altered items are classed as ‘bespoke/customised’ and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Before you buy item from my shop, please make sure that it will match your dress, shoes or other jewellery, accessories etc.

I am not responsible if the item from my shop does not match your outfit or other jewellery, accessories etc.

It is strictly recommended to read full description and see every picture of the item you want to purchase or message me for advice (before ordering).

I do accept returns only if the item is faulty, lost or damaged in transit.

I am unable to accept earring returns for legal reasons.

I advise you to use Recorded Delivery service so that should the item go missing you are able to make a claim with the carrier and ensure that the item is insured up to the value of £50.

If the item you are returning is valued at more than £50, I recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery service to ensure the item is insured appropriately.

Should the item go missing it is your responsibility to pursue any loss once the item has entered the postal system directly with Royal Mail service.

If you choose to return the item by any other than the recommended method all risk of damage or loss lies solely with yourself.

If the parcel is returned because of any of the following:
• the wrong address was provided,
• the package was not claimed,
• the delivery agent was unable to deliver or similar...

If you request the parcel to be resent new postage cost will be your responsibility and no refund on the item can be given under these circumstances.


D a m a g e d Products:

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during the standard shipping process, please contact me with a digital photo showing the damage within 2 business days and I will arrange for a replacement to be sent. Please note, I will replace, not refund a damaged item (unless the circumstances will make me to do so instead).

I will not be able to accept any returns after the 7 day period.


When items with 'free delivery’ are returned the amount it cost me to ship it to you will not be refunded. The prices are as follows:

Hair accessories:
UK mail £5
International mail £10

Jewellery:
UK mail £3
International £8.50


H o w long will my o r d e r take?

Every piece is made to order and each item has it’s own lead time visible on the listings and on your invoice. If you require your order sooner than the stated time frame please get in touch with the date you need it by so I can let you know if it is possible.

Shipping times vary (please see above for estimates). Although the parcels typically arrive within these time frames it can on occasion take longer for reasons out of my control and therefore I cannot make any guarantees for an arrival date.

International Express delivery takes 1-4 days from dispatch.

Who is responsible for the cost of returning an item?

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an order.

The customer is responsible for any customs charges incurred.

The customer is responsible for returns lost in the mail so a secure, tracked method of mailing is recommended.


C a r e instructions:

It is the nature of all metals to react over time to air exposure so I recommend you store your items in an air tight container/sealed plastic packet. This is particularly important if you have ordered items long before your wedding day in order to keep them in their original condition. Jewellery/hair accessories will tarnish if left unworn in the box for a long time.

Metals may react to moisture, perfumes, and products on your skin. I therefore cannot accept responsibility for changes in the metals used to make your jewellery.


C o l o u r Disclaimer:

Please note actual colours of each product may vary. It’s important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. 

This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently.

I try to edit my photos to show the products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor.

I cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.
