A Mother and Two Daughters

Our mother, Maria, has been perfecting her craft of sewing for as long as she can remember. Creating garments for herself and others was her passion and once she had children (four total), she began to make them for us too. Out of necessity, our "stay on booties" made their debut in the 80's when my older brother was born. They were loved by so many others that she decided to sell them in local markets here on the Central Coast of California and eventually on Etsy.

Naturally, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, and my sister Carine and I (Rica) have always had a love of fashion and creating. After having a son of my own, we teamed up with our mom to offer a wider selection of products here at Me&Reekie. We now offer booties, harem pants and shorts, as well as our ever so popular TWO. COOL. t-shirt (for the coolest two year olds you know!).

At Me&Reekie comfort is our top priority, from our designs to our fabric selections. Being from California, we've always believed in a cool, comfy, laid back style and that's what you'll see reflected in the garments we create for your little ones.
