1 out of 5 starsOrdered on January 25th. Informed seller of wedding date. Contacted her on Feb 4th because it still had not been shipped. My wedding is this weekend and I informed seller I needed a refund since the broom did not come in time. She stated it is out of her hands and could not refund my $75. The seller said she mailed it through the USPS 2nd day delivery. There seemed to be no sense of urgency or compassion. I had to get a family member to decorate a broom for us to use on our wedding day tomorrow. Shame on this business owner for not giving a da*n!

I did all that I could do on my end to track and help this buyer. I also attempted to complete a loss report through USPS and I was notified that it was too soon to report it as lost. I shipped her broom on time and used 2 day shipping that I paid for. I informed her to go to her local post office to report it as lost and see if they could locate it. I don’t control how the USPS is ran in Florida or anywhere. All while communicating this information to the buyer. I take provide in excellent customer service. This rating is insulting and not a true.
