Payment is due via PayPal or Etsy payment system.
Transactions will be cancelled if we do not receive payment, or a message from you about payment, within 24 hours from time of purchase.

We ship worldwide and dispatch most items within 1 or 3 business days from purchase and combined shipping is available to spare with the costs.
Upon request for extra cost (additional 3$) we ship with Priority Mail to be trackable.
We will contact you as soon as your order has been shipped so that you know it is on its way.

The print(s) will be packaged between sturdy cardboards and clear plastic sleeve mailer to protect for shipping.

Please note:
The regular overseas delivery time takes about 8-16 business days from Europe.
In busier periods, like national or religious Holidays can take even longer 2 - 4 weeks, so if you would not receive your item around these intervals, do not hesitate to contact us.
Actual delivery times are affected by several factors beyond our control, including inefficiency of the postal service, security measures implemented by the government, Customs, etc. Please note that we cannot take the responsibility for delays caused by these external factors, also refunds are not issued for items that are delivered late due to these delays by third parties.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.

Data Retention
