Our Boutique presents exclusively handmade masterpieces. From 100 to 120 hours it is spent for each dress. Such expensive decor like natural pearls, Swarovski crystals and glass beads is used. In other words, these outfits are aristocratic and unusually aerial.

All dresses listing on our shop is Made to order, we will customize it through the pictures after your payment, so we promise you the item will be 100% similar to the picture. Every dress is very soft and comfortable, breathable and lightweight. Our trims and embellishments are also sourced from Europe. Fabrics get updated to their latest versions when required. Along with the design our fabrics are of the highest quality and very important to the look and touch for all of our dresses and accessories.
All of our dresses are made-to-order. We require your measurements after you order. We STRONGLY recommend you to get your measurements with help of a professional tailor for correct results.

RETURNS:
If it is our mistake with wrong model of dress, please contact us within 4 working days you got it. If you contact us out of that time frame, we do not accept any return or refund. We will find the best resolution to solve the problem. If we reach an agreement to send back the dress, you should be responsible for the postage or tax when sending it back. Contact us if there are some problems of our dress, we will try our best to satisfy you. You will enjoy the best service here.
We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays or missing packages. All items we send Registered track and traces shipping method. We pack ours shipments very securely and once it is shipped we are not responsible with anything that happens during the handling of the package to its destination.
We are not responsible for refused or abandon shipping. You are not liable for any duties, taxes, return shipping, and associated fees when you refuse or abandon a shipment.
This includes the following reasons:
- Your refusal to pay duties or taxes.
- You provide an invalid address.

ALTERATIONS:
In very rare cases you should expect to have alterations of your wedding dress done in order to get the perfect fit for you and your bridal party. Boutique does not offer alteration services and is not responsible for the cost of alterations,
RUSH ORDERS:
Rush order could be finish in 4 weeks. Please contact me before confirm the rush order, I need to make sure I have time on my schedule to accommodate. I will charge additional $100 for rush orders on gowns and dresses, $20 on accessories. (Shipping upgrade is not include in this cost)

Please allow 4 -8 weeks for the production of your handmade accessory and 8-12 weeks for the production of your handmade gown. Because they are handmade, there may be very small discrepancies between your product and the one photographed on the model. We do our best to make our reproductions exact, but we are human. For wedding gowns, aside from custom, alterations are not included. We have included a size chart with each listing and your local tailor will be able to make any necessary tweaks.
