The Creations

Marian Ruth is a line of fun and colorful crocheted hats, scarves, handbags, and accessories for home and baby. Each creation is made with the belief that handmade goods have a special place in todays mass-produced society. There is truly something special about buying goods that someone poured their heart and time into.


The Inspiration

Marian Lewis lived in Philadelphia, PA for all sixty years of her life . She was one of fourteen children and the proud mother of seven. Marian was a very creative and resourceful lady. She put her talents to use by crocheting handbags, hats, and other items as well as bringing beautiful creations to life with her sewing machine. Marian serves as a great inspiration for the Marian Ruth collection and myself as my grandmother.

Ruth Sanders lived in Camden, New Jersey and was the proud mother of four. She was a strong woman and hard worker. She exemplified what it meant to embrace unique ideas about the world and those who live in it. Ruth also serves as a great inspiration for the Marian Ruth collection and myself as my grandmother.
