MarikaHandKnits shop is a family shop. I hand knitted unique, one of a kind items ready to ship.
I hand knit for Kids, Teens, Adults and Sweaters for your Dog, as well hand knit Dolls and Christmas Stockings.
All items are designed by me and hand knitted by me using KNITTING NEEDLES
Each item is unique, original, one of a kind, no two items will ever be exactly alike.
All hand knitted items are stored and handled from my smoke free and pet free home.

In MarikaHandKnits shop all items are Ready For Shipping in 1-2 business days. I send items in same day or in next business day after payment has cleared.
READY TO SHIP in 1-2 business days means that’s the time it takes to get it out of my shop and into the mail... once it’s in the mail I have no control over how long it can take to arrive at the customers.
Shipping delays due to packages held by customs are beyond my control. I do not guarantee the delivery date, just the day I will ship.
Orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy Please check it prior to submitting an order! Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.

SHIPPING
I am charging for shipping fixed prices US$10 for Canada and
US$ 10 for United States
I will know the shipping cost after I purchase the shipping label for package.
If postage charged is over actual costs , I will refund overages .

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I gladly accept returns and cancellations. Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In my shop all items are Hand Knit and UNIQUE. I can not accept exchanges.

CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items. Custom meaning a name was added, the item was personalized, etc.
For PERSONALIZED items (NAME was added) my policy states that if a customer doesn't choose a color I will use my color selection.

I take Full Payment Upfront before starting any work on a CUSTOM ORDER
