•Special orders (make to order) - shipping in 5-10 business days after payment.
•The jewellery is packed in bubble envelope. The additional items will be shipped together in one envelope for one shipping fee, usually 1-5 pieces fit in one envelope. The final shipping depends on the country and weigth of the envelope.

Domestic: $2 (Czech post)
Other states: $6 (Czech post) - delivery in 5-10 business days - Africa, Canada;
delivery in 10-30 business days - USA, Asia, Australia

I offer two shipping options:
1) - Czech post
The shipping process usually take a while (up to 1-2 weeks approximately). Depending on international customs (specially strict customs in US) in rare occasions the shipping can take 6 weeks or even longer. I provide you a tracking number which will be send as a shipping notification email. After you can track your package.
Your package should also be available for tracking on your local postal agents website, for example:

This is the fast shipping, which takes about 5-7 working days to arrive. If choosing express shipping PLEASE ADD YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND MAIL ME for shipping reasons (this is our carrier policy). When the shipments arrive overseas sometimes they don't leave the note at the address (if you are not at home). To make sure they will deliver the shipment I would like to provide your phone number, so the post office can call you when it arrives. Your phone number will be used ONLY for the shipping reasons, I will not call you or provide your number to somebody else.

SALE
All orders are binding. By confirming the order the buyer confirms that he is familiar with our business, delivery and payment terms and accepts them.
After ordering via the Etsy web form, you will receive a message confirming receipt of order. We will send you an email when your item is ready for shipping.
CANCELLING ORDER
The seller is entitled to refuse an order. This may be due a significant increase in material prices, unavailability of goods and other unpredictable factors. If this happens, the seller will immediately inform the buyer.
RUSH ORDERS ARE WELCOME
Terms for creating jewelry and shipping are set at the maximum. I can not affect the delivery time much, but creating the jewelry is often possible in shorter time, according to number of orders. If you tell me the required term (for example date of wedding) I will immediately tell you whether if I manage to create the jewelry in time. I charge no extra fees for rush orders.
WARRANTY
If defects appear on the goods the buyer must claim the warranty without delay. The warranty does not cover wear out during normal use. Warranty claims are handled within 30 days from the date of claim (excluding shipping), unless the seller and buyer agree on a longer period.
