5 out of 5 starsMegu answered my question quickly. I wanted a necklace to go with a sparkly dress I’m wearing as mother of the groom. I wanted simple and sparkly. It is just that! I wanted 26”, not 24” or 30” which is what other jewelers had. This necklace is perfect for me!

5 out of 5 starsThis is my second time purchasing a chain from this shop. They are very dainty and look beautiful with the pendant I wear. I bought a shorter chain this time so it would sit at the base of my neck (to avoid catching in my cross body purse strap, lesson learned with a longer chain in the past). I wear it all the time and don’t take it off to sleep, it holds up well, the past one finally broke after many years in the purse incident which is pretty understandable (thick leather strap with metal clasp on purse, yanking on tiny chain).

How soon can you ship my order?
Delivery time is production time (shown in each listing) + shipping time. If you need the item produced sooner, please feel free to contact us! You will see expedited shipping options at the checkout for domestic orders. International shipments will take 2-3 weeks on average. Please see our shipping policies for more details.
What if I don't like what I received? Can I return/exchange it?
Yes! Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery, and ship the item back to us within 21 days of delivery. However, please note that personalized items are non-returnable.
Are taxes included in your price?
No. Etsy displays "VAT/GST/Local Tax included (where applicable)" under the item price, and this applies only to VAT/GST registered sellers in your country. US-based sellers (including us) are NOT authorized to collect VAT/GST/foreign local taxes; thus, this statement is not applicable, and our prices do NOT include these fees.
Also, customs/duties fees may be collected by customs of your country upon delivery. Please note that they randomly select packages to inspect, and we have no way of predicting whether and how much fees they may assess. All fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
What if my package gets lost? Will I be out the money?
