It all started with a '62 Hagstrom I refinished & zebra stripped...then I found a Stew Mac catalog and 'needed' everything cool in it.
Then, with my unbelievable collection of switches, antique car emblems, WW2 airplane parts, old tube amps and my insatiable need to make my guitars play and look way more cool, the Lower Plethorium has grown to what it is today with every wonderment needed to create and devise Metzler Guitars.
At first just making guitars to my specs & needs - with a background in design, music, electronics and warped creativeness - I am now offering my talents to others.
