SHIPPING:
*Free Shipping is not tracked and any tracking info you may receive will say "Pre-Transit" even after you have received your item. This is a USPS 1st class mail issue I have tried to resolve unsuccessfully.
**If you want USPS tracking you must upgrade to the $5 shipping option.

PACKAGING:
*Items are packed tight in order to offer free shipping. With postage costs on the rise I would prefer to not raise my prices so your package may not be as "pretty" as in the past.
**If your item is a gift or you would like it to packaged super pretty please contact me and I can give you pricing for gift wrapping options.
***When you receive your item you will need to "shape" the shoes or "fluff up" bloomers, skirts and dresses. Dresses will need to be steamed to release wrinkles.

If there is an issue with your item please let me know ASAP as I am always willing to resolve it and value my customers! :)
