Shop policies
I have been doing cross stitch since 2010 ; it is a hobby and I am not making my life out of it. I make all my little purses with love, each of them taking between 5 and 15 hours of work! Reading feedbacks from customers who are happy with the products I made always fills my heart with joy.
I have always been willing to make the world better in some way, from my little person, and I have thus recently decided that I would give a part of the money I earn with this shop to organizations that work in that sense. At the moment, 10% of the price of each sold item will be given to an organization between: GAIA (Belgian organization that works to improve animals' status in Europe) and the Red Cross. More organization may be added in the future. When you order some thing, feel free to send me a message and let me know which one you want to help the most. If you don't, I will send the money to the one that got the least. :)

Payment
Once an order (custom or not) has been paid, you can only cancel the order within 12 hours.
Shipping costs always include packaging cost, and will thus be higher than the simple stamp price.
Additional policies and FAQs
However, those that contain little pieces such as pearls or pendants may be damaged, and it is preferable to hand wash them.
