When this hat arrived it didn’t fit me the way I was expecting and when I inquired for a return instead they offered to stretch the hat for me free of charge and they did exactly that! Now I have the hat back to me and it fits perfectly! There’s good customer service and there is this absolutely above and beyond what is to be expected! No question that this was a 10/10 buying experience!
