Announcement    To my wonderful customers.. I just want to apologize to those that have delays in things being shipped. Unfortunately I had an issue with my machine locking up and that delayed things while it was getting repaired and just when I thought I was making headway life through me a couple more curve balls with my aunt having a mass discovered on her liver and sadly loosing the battle this past Sunday. My MIL has also been having several health issues and we were just told tonight that they will be looking to move her to hospice care. I promise I will get everything shipped out just as soon as I can and I'm working on things now.


SHIPPING UPDATES: If you buy patches from me they will be shipped via 1st Class mail in a regular envelope. There is no tracking on this.. If you want tracking I have provided the option to upgrade to 1st Class Package, Priority or Express mail which will have tracking. I ship regular mail to keep my shipping costs down for both my customers and myself. PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to provide accurate address when checking out. IF your item is returned because the address provided is incorrect you will need to pay costs for shipping to the correct address. I will NOT refund for returned mail as the items were stitched and sent. I will ship them to the corrected address once shipping fees have been paid.


My New Years Resolution is to have 1 day as family day each week so I will not be doing anything with my shop on Sundays except maybe a listing or 2. If you buy something or convo me on Sunday I will contact you on Monday.

Sorry I do not issue refunds on my items. Many are personalized and made to order just for you. IF I mess up I will be happy to work with you on making things right. I love happy customers, but sometimes there is just no pleasing someone so I have to have this policy.

Added 1/20/2014 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING
If your country charges you extra fees (taxes) on items this is YOUR responsibility to pay. I do NOT collect taxes on my items and I do not know all the rules in other countries about buying items and fees that have to be paid on the value of the item etc. I love my international customer and wish to continue selling to all, but I can not be responsible for paying additional fees that may happen on your end. If I did not pay enough postage that is one thing, but I take all items directly to the post office for them to weigh and tell me what I owe them so I don't see this happening.
