Payment
Items will be shipped within 2 working days after confirmation of payment.
Any purchase has to be paid max 7 days after the order, if not the item will be relisted and the sale canceled.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

I usually mail within 4 days from payment, please let me know if you are in a hurry or if it is a gift that needs to be delivered in time.
For Italy we use Pacco Celere 1 or Pacco Celere 3, unless otherwise decided by both parts
For international shipping outside Italy I normally use a "Raccomandata", which is cheap,it doesn't have a tracking number neither insurance and it could take up to three weeks for delivery.
It never got lost. Slow and steady wins the race...!
It says 5/7 days on the service description , and sometime it makes it there in time.
If you need a fast(max 3 days)delivery let me know and I will let you know the costs.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
All products created by Miniature Painting leave our studio in perfect condition and are carefully packaged prior to shipment to ensure their safe arrival at their final destinations.
Miniature Painting cannot be held liable for damage, delay or loss caused in transit by the mail services.
NOTE:
If the product has been damaged in transit by the postal service,please notify and open it in front of the courier.
If demostrated we will refund it.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Miniature Painting will not entertain any claims for returns, exchanges or refunds where:
1. You have not notified us in advance by email of your claim.
2. The product has not been returned to us in its original packaging.
3. The product has not been shipped to us within 2 working days of your original receipt of it.
4.The product has been damaged by inappropriate use and/or cleaning by you.
PLEASE NOTE:
Any refunds offered by Miniature Painting will be made directly through Paypal.
If Miniature Painting agrees to make a refund, it will be made within 5 working days from the date of our receipt of the returned product.
Any other thing we can do to make a client happy and satisfied we will try our best to do it!
