Announcement    I've just revised my shop sections, making it easier for you to find what you are particularly interested in. Needlework is now sub divided by various types, for example, crewel vs needlepoint. If you click on the shop section for cross stitch, you'll find not only cross stitch kits there, but also cross stitch patterns and cross stitch books. I think you will like the change.

I commit to mailing your items on time, but have no control after they leave my hands. Please consider this if your purchase would be time sensitive. Contact me for expedited shipping rates.

I always try to combine shipping and refund any excess if it exceeds $1. Sometimes this is not possible due to different shipping categories or weight or space limits. For example, if an item is being shipped by Media/book rate through the post office, only other books can be combined with it, and all the books must be free of advertising. For another example, there are limits to what will fit into a flat rate Priority box or envelope. If I am unable to combine items, I'll message you to explain why.

Canadian and Australian customers; drop me a note if you are interested in purchasing an item that does not already include your country. I'll calculate the shipping cost for you and return your message.

Regretfully I currently do not ship to countries other than Canada and Australia due to recent changes in postal regulations and shipping procedures.
