- The main shipping method is REGISTERED mail through Correos España (Spain Postal Service) for both national and international shippings (upgrades with other methods available for some destinations at checkout).

-ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH TRACKING NUMBER (except for the ring sizers).

- Once the parcel is sent, I will let you know the tracking number in a shipping confirmation message.

- In order to keep better tracking of the shippings and assure it safely gets to you, we are using aknowledgment of receipt in registered mail shippings to some destinations (as USA).

-Standard time to ship an order is 1 to 10 business days after the payment, except for custom pieces may take 2 to 30 business days after the payment to be shipped. It depends on the time needed to make them. We always try to get orders ready ASAP.

-We usually ship once a week.

-Rubbing the piece with a clean and dry cotton cloth is enough to clean it. Do not wear them while washing up, while having a shower or going to the swimming pool.

-DO NOT SLEEP with the jewelry on, in order to avoid getting harmed with the jewel, or damaging it.

-Pieces are made of silver (925 sterling silver), brass, copper or bronce, if it is not indicated otherwise. You can see the material used in the description of each piece.

-Please note that the colour of the piece in the pictures may slightly vary depending on each screen and its configuration. Please take it into account when purchasing it.
