UK Shipping:
Items shipping internally in the UK will be sent 1st Class.
If you require a tracking number (Recorded Delivery, UK only) or faster delivery such as Special Delivery (UK only) please enquire in advance of placing your order to ensure we can fulfil this within the making-up time.
Delivery to a business/work address is possible however due to problems we have experienced we advise you to alert your office's mail department that you are expecting a parcel and make sure they know who you are in advance of the parcel arriving. We have had parcels returned from mail offices where they have not known the recipient, or where employers have chosen not to accept personal mail for employees, or have assumed they no longer work there when in fact they do. We cannot be held responsible for such occurrences and cannot replace mislaid items. These instances are beyond our control and responsibility.
International Shipping & Delivery to Business/Work premises:
All international orders are sent Airmail, it is not possible to track Airmail from the UK internationally. Because of this we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders that get mislaid due to the postal system.
