M-ixes Jewelry is made by Hand by me: Marjorie (M for Friends), with Lots of Love and Comes from the Heart! Every item you see is One of a Kind. I never Repeat a Design thus you will never See someone else with 'your' Jewelry. =)
I can make a Design Inspired on the Original, but I will only repeat a Design on Special Request and only with Consent of the owner of the Original. It is however Possible to order the same items, e.g. for Bridesmaids gifts, Best Friends, etc.

All Intellectual Rights will be M-ixes'. Selling an Item does not mean the buyer has the Right to use the Pictures or Design for Commercial use without M-ixes' Written Consent. M-ixes will always have the Original Right to use the Pictures and Designs of Sold Jewelry.

I will be Happy to Reserve a Listing or to Arrange a Lay Away plan for you for items from EUR 85.00 and up, with a Maximum of 3 installments. Extra Costs for this: EUR 3.50. I will Make you a 'Custom' Listing and once the whole Amount is Paid I will send the item out.
Jewelry will remain M-ixes Property until Full payment is made. When due Amounts are not paid (in Time) I have the Right to Annul the Lay Away, Refund made Payment(s) (excluding Costs) and List as Available item again.
