Etsy canceled this order due to the weight of the item when it arrived to their distribution center. I spoke to etsy and they issued a full refund and sent it back to me. I was not aware of any of it until I contacted etsy. The buyer did not lose any money and of course I feel bad that the item was not able to make it overseas to its final destination.
