I find it interesting that out of 101 Etsy sales and 17 other reviews that you are the only one to post a less than stellar review. The mask is "ONE SIZE FITS MOST." I apologize if this mask does not fit your head. It is an adult mask, not a child's mask. I have an IMPECCABLE customer service reputation and I guarantee satisfaction. Perhaps you should have tried addressing your concerns to me prior to posting a negative review. I would have made every attempt to ensure that you were a satisfied customer. I would advise others to check my other Etsy reviews as well as my 152 positive EBay reviews. As my grandmother used to say.. "There's always ONE."
