Payment

I accept all major credit and debit cards and also PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to pay, as PayPal allows you to use a credit or debit card, just choose 'Pay with PayPal' and then click on the card option.

Shipping

Please allow up to 3 working days between purchase and dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the dispatch time in the item listing. If the item is ‘made to order’ I will let you know straight away the approximate dispatch time.

UK shipping: Items will be sent by Royal Mail standard First Class post.

International shipping: Items will be sent by Royal Mail standard airmail. Standard international airmail does not provide tracking, so if you would like tracked mail please contact me as the price will be significantly higher.

Please note, if you are purchasing an item and you live in the USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand, sometimes parcels can take from 2 to 4 weeks to arrive with you after dispatch as they may have to go through your country's customs department first. I put a customs label on all my overseas parcels, so they will still arrive to you after they've been through there.

My Designs

All items are knitted from my own designs. Please do not copy my designs, a lot of love & hard work goes into them. Images may be used in blogs and on websites with my pleasure, and I'm very happy to be pinned on Pinterest, however please credit me and link back to my shop.

Custom Orders

Please note that I am unable to take on custom orders.

I like to know that my items have arrived safe and sound, and a note to that effect or a positive feedback is always welcome! Please contact me by email or send me a message via my Etsy shop immediately if you are unhappy about anything.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your username.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
