3 out of 5 starsThe item is very cute and my daughter loves it. I ordered and paid for the item on May 21. However, I am disappointed that I had to repeatedly ask for the item to be sent. After opening a case with PayPal to request a refund, I finally received the item on July 17.

In order to provide the buyer with a great first Etsy experience, I went above and beyond with this custom order and incurred financial loss. Unfortunately, USPS completely failed to track the 6/6 shipment or its free replacement of 6/24. No one seems to know where they are. Consequently, my investment in shipping insurance was rendered null and void. The buyer was apprised in timely fashion via Etsy Conversations of every step in the process, and the handcrafting and shipping of two replacements was done entirely on my initiative as an ethical seller. After my investment of time and effort in knitting, photography, packing, shipping, providing PayPal with claim-related information, and meeting with USPS personnel, a signature-required third shipment on 7/15 was safely delivered and a child is happy.

Do you make all these yourself?
Yes. Every item I sell is made by hand, by me.
Do you use a knitting machine or a knitting loom?
No. All of my knitted items are hand-knitted with (usually vintage) knitting needles.
Wholesale availability

When will my order be mailed?
All orders are shipped from my city's main USPS office once a week.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time, due to the way the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting international shipments.
Do you ship for free?
Yes, via First Class, for $35+ orders within the U.S.
Shipping upgrades to Priority and Priority Express, and Signature on Delivery, will cost the difference between First Class and the service you request. This may need to be billed separately.
Why isn't my order here on the day you said it would be?
Delivery time frames are set by Etsy, not by sellers. These times are an estimate, not a guarantee.
