I've purchased a total of 9 mugs, 2 for personal use, 4 for display (on my coffee bar/ I put espresso dark chocolate in the mugs) and 3 for gifts. The mugs arrived well packaged; I've washed them in the dishwasher and the colors remain as bright and vibrant as the day they arrived. The mugs have a good weight to them and are made from quality ceramic. I've had several conversations with the shop owner, she provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend the mugs for personal use as well as for gifts.
