Most of my items are made of cotton, wool, silk or synthetic thread which are very easy to take care of. You can damp your item with cool water and soak it in it. Use mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Gently soak your handmade accessory in cool water. Do not scrub . Then dry flat on a rry towel.

All my items come gift-ready. My crochet earrings come in cute gift boxes. My headbands come in organza drawstring bags. My crochet doilies and table-cloths are wrapped in craft paper which is decorated with pretty lace stamps. I add a business card and a thank you note to every package. If you are getting one of my items as a gift to someone, just let me know and I can write anything you'd like on the thank you note.

I accept custom and personalized orders. If you need something special made for you or someone dear to your heart, feel free to send me a message and I will be happy to create something just for you :)

I will ship your item within 1-3 working days. After I ship your item I will mark your order as shipped and I will add the tracking number.

Items shipped within the European Union usually take around 6-16 working days. Overseas delivery usually takes around 15-21 working days. Depending on the destination country, the postal services, the time of the year it could take longer in some cases.

Physical Items

Yes, you may return any physical item you have purchased from my shop. If for any reason you the item that you have ordered for not feel quite right to you, or you have simply changed your mind, feel free to contact me within 14 days after you have received your package. I will provide you with a return address, so you can ship it back. I will organize a refund for you once the item arrives back.

Digital Items

Due to the nature of the digital download crochet patterns and tutorials that I create, I am unable to accept returns. However I would like to deliver the best service possible. If you need any assistance with the crochet pattern you have ordered, feel free to contact me back. I will be more than happy to help.

If you are looking to purchase a made to order item from my shop, I will normally make the item and ship it over to you within 5 working days after you purchase it.
If you would like to place a custom order and you'd like me to make something special that you do no see in my shop, feel free to contact me. I will contact you to with estimate processing time.

The digital file(s) you have purchased will be available for instant download once the payment clears. You will receive an email with a download link from Etsy. Once you click on the link you will be able to download the digital file(s). In case you have trouble finding the e-mail, you may also check your junk or spam folder.
You may also download all the digital files you have purchased through your Etsy profile. To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files.
