I want you to be happy with your purchase, communication is important, so if you have any questions at all please feel free to contact me and I will endeavor to provide a response within 24 hours. Please get in touch if you have a special request or idea for a commission piece, I am always happy to help if I can.

Shipping

All UK items are shipped 1st Class Royal Mail.' If you would like your item sent 'signed for' or if you wish to buy multiple items please contact me for a price. Please note that the cost will include packaging and will be based on weight.

Please note -Taxes/custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer, prices are quoted as price for item and do not include any taxes that might be incurred at customs.

Shipping
I aim to ship within 3 days. All postage includes packaging materials, as I sell worldwide I always aim to pack my parcels as safely as possible to prevent any damage during transit. Please notify me of any damages upon receipt or within 3 days of receipt.

Overseas Buyers
I send my items uninsured and untracked, unless you specify, there will be an extra charge for any of these services.

I always obtain proof of postage from the post office. If items are not received within 28 days please contact me and I will contact the post office.

Your purchase will be sent to the shipping address mentioned in your Etsy profile. Please let me know if you prefer another address.

Australia Customers

Please note that I cannot send wood into Australia because of customs restrictions.

Worldwide Customers

I will have to check your country's policies on importing wood before dispatch. I will let you know if there are any restrictions that mean I cannot send the item.
