All items are exclusively designed and handcrafted in my Texas based studio. They are ready to ship in 1 business day. Generally, It takes USPS standard shipping another 3-5 days to deliver your package. I do guarantee my processing time, however, I cannot be responsible for USPS delays and they do not guarantee their estimated delivery date. You may opt for a UPS shipping upgrade if you would like to guarantee delivery by your deadline. Thank you for your understanding :)

Here at NANASUKO, we focus on offering you the best quality party decorations. We are proud to offer unique designs with exceptional standards. We understand that each and every event you host is full with great memories. Our party supplies can be used as your keepsake items to bring back the cherished memories after the event is over. Whether you choose to decorate your home with your custom banner from the wedding, frame a cake topper from the gender reveal baby shower, or embellish a scrapbook with 'one' confetti from your baby's first birthday, they are sure to last for years.
In order to bring you the highest standards, we experiment with various techniques on different materials and go through multiple design iterations. We searched for the best quality glitter cardstock available in the market to ensure there will be no glitter falling and take an extra step to back it with a thick chipboard. The result is a pretty, shiny, glittery, thick, and sturdy item everyone loves!

How quick is your turnaround time?
Every item is made-to-order and our banners and cake toppers are guaranteed to be ready to ship in 1 business day via your selected method.
Certain wall cutouts may take up to 3 business days to ship as they may require a final selection/approval from the buyers before we begin production. Each wall cutout listing will let you know if we need a selection/approval from you before we begin production in the listing details.
We have already trimmed down our production time to be as fast and efficient as possible so we may not be able to ship orders the same day.

Can you guarantee the item(s) will arrive in time for my event??
We do guarantee that you order will be shipped the following business day from when your order is placed or from when we get final confirmation on your custom designs!
However, we cannot guarantee that the deliveries will go smoothly and won't have delays.
Please understand that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carriers. We do issue refunds for delays caused by our shop during production though.
At checkout, please review the many shipping options we offer to see what will fit your deadline! They will state whether or not they guarantee delivery by each option.
In case you aren't certain of what shipping will work best for your order send us a message! Our customer service specialist will be happy to help!
Do you accept returns?
We do our best to design and make high quality products. However, if you are not satisfied or no longer need your order for any reason, we can accept returns for an non-customized item. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
The item(s) must be returned in new condition in the original packaging for a full refund. We do not refund the original shipping fees. Any product(s) that have been damaged or altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Any customized/personalized products (including banners, cake toppers, & cutouts) are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns/exchanges.
If you are uncertain about the return policy for a specific product please send us a message! Our customer service specialist is happy to help!
What if there is an issue with my order?
We want you to have the best décor possible for your events and will do what we can to help fix an issue!
Please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order and include the following:
-Order Number
-The date of your event
-An image of the mistake or problem
-A short description of the issue
Our customer service specialist will review your order to confirm if the error is on our end. If the mistake was our fault we will do our best to issue a replacement quickly or issue a refund depending on the timeline.
However, we are not responsible for any misspellings made by a buyer in their personalization or inability to assemble their products as ordered (e.g. DIY banners).
What if I would like a custom cake topper that is similar to a design you offer?
Let us know! We'll do our best to create the perfect cake topper for your event!
Some designs like our 'geometric' cake toppers may not be customizable but we will do everything we can to make a cake topper to fit your needs.
