To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, sometimes a phone number and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.

WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW I USE IT:

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
1-As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support.

2- For delivery of your order, I will need your name, your address, your email , and sometimes also a phone number. With this data your order can be correctly delivered and I can keep you informed about the shipping and anything else I need to communicate to you about the order.

DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE:

Information about my customers is crucial for my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- ETSY:
I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
- SERVICE PROVIDERS:
-Personal details, i.e. name, address and sometimes a phone number, are shared with national postal service and other carrier companies for the purpose of obtaining appropriate services, booking parcel carriage and obtaining certificates of posting / dispatch.

- COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS :
I may in future also need to share customer details with tax or government authorities. Data may also need to be shared to prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

In addition to my own privacy policy;
- If you pay with PayPal, your data will be protected by PayPal's privacy policy.
- If you pay directly by ETSY your personal data is protected by their privacy policy.

However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.
