We use USPS (United States Postal Services) mail services for both local and International customers.
Your package will have a tracking number that you will be able to track online at USPS.com
USPS average delivery time is 3-5 days in the USA depending on your location.
At checkout you may upgrade to :
Priority 1-3 days - but it is not guaranteed by USPS
Priority Express 1-2 days - USPS only guarantees this method
INTERNATIONAL:
USPS International delivery time vary depending on your country's custom procedure. Some countries may charge a tax on certain items and we are not responsible for this. Please check your countries regulations and tax codes. Your national and local post branches may delay your delivery for various reasons which are out of our control. We DO NOT guarantee shipping times . On average orders arrive within 3 weeks but can also take up to 4 months in rare cases.
Tracking is usually accurate until it leaves the USA and then varies for each country but is not always available.
** Please note that sometimes, for unknown reasons, packages are returned to us. If this happens we will refund the items but not the shipping costs . If you would like to have us resend it , you will need to repurchase a stamp.

Is this real Silver ?
Yes, all our items are high quality 0.925 Sterling Silver . They are NOT plated .
Can you guarantee shipping times?
That depends. For shipments within the US only EXPRESS shipments are guaranteed by USPS with a 1-2 day lead-time. Priority and First Class mail is NOT guaranteed .
For International shipments it is not possible to guarantee shipping times as each country has it's own customs procedures which we can not control.
I want an option/combination I can not see , is that possible ?
Yes, since we cut all our chains to size we can accommodate any chain length. If you see a chain design on one item which you would like to combine with another charm, please contact us.

What packaging does the jewelry come with ? Can I get gift packaging ?
Items automatically come in a blue velvet bag. If you would like additional gift packaging which includes a silver tote bag , click "this order is a gift" during checkout and then choose "add gift wrapping". If we are delivering the package directly to the gift receiver , please let us know and we will substitute the bag with a box.
Does the silver tarnish ?
Yes, in some cases. Tarnish is a product of chemical reaction that is caused by the other metals that are mixed with silver reacting to moisture and sulfur in the air. Sterling Silver will generally tarnish quicker in high humidity climates and places with high levels of air pollution. Things like perfume, hairspray, deodorant and moisturizers can all contribute to further tarnishing of your silver due to the chemicals reacting with the silver
