Shipping and storage POLICY: If an agreement has been made to postpone shipping, I will agree to store and hold your item for 30 days, unless we agree to extend the item storage. After 30 days, if you do not respond to my attempts to contact you, (and I will be sure to contact you throughout this process), I will consider your order abandoned, and reserve the right to retain the items I have been storing. The money already exchanged will be considered a fee for storage. This policy is written to deter any long-term storage of items purchased. I WANT you to receive and enjoy any custom items that I make for you!!! It does no good for them to be hidden in my shop closet!!!
