Packages are Priority Mail boxes shipped from a feminine pseudonym at a PO box on an Etsy shipping label. Products are washed, sealed in sandwich bags and then wrapped in tissue paper. A sticker is used to close the tissue paper and a sticker with a product identification code (for my purposes) may be on the back. Feel free to message me if you need more discreet packaging than normal!

Custom order listings will be displayed in the shop as they become available. Please leave me a message with detailed instructions when purchasing a custom.

Every listing will specify the firmness of a toy in the first line. Currently, I use shore 00-30, shore 00-50, and shore 10A, and shore 00-10 will be implemented in the future.

Due to the nature of the product, I do not accept returns unless
1) the item has been damaged in the mail, or
2) I have made an error.
Cancellations are set to be available within 12 hours of order. If you are buying a pre-made listing, please cancel within these 12 hours after you have ordered it.
Custom orders are extended to 24 hours. After 24 hours, custom orders are likely being processed and can not be canceled.

I'm open to trying anything! Fluid tubes are highly unlikely as of my current setup, however.

NF products are sanitized the same way any platinum silicone toy is - the short answer is soap and water, but a full care sheet is included with every order.

Yes! I want all my models to have a wide variety of sizes eventually. I'm aiming to have every new model release with its sizes already, but older models will be updated as well.

I am willing to ship to any country as long as the buyer acknowledges that if their country has strange rules about "inappropriate" or "lewd" items, I can't be held accountable for what customs may do to your package. Customs declarations describe package contents as "novelty sculpture" with no mention of silicone, sex, or health. This description hopefully yields no further inspection.
