Once you have paid for your item, I will send you an email confirming your order, then a second email when I dispatch it.

All payments should be paid within 24 hours of you placing your order, otherwise your order will be cancelled and the item relisted.

Items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment being received, to the billing address on your email receipt.
If you require a different shipping address, please let me know. Once the item has been shipped, I cannot be responsible for delays out of my control such as those due to Customs/Border involvement, disruptions to the post service or severe weather conditions.
Import taxes may apply to goods over a certain value and these fees are the responsibility of the recipient - each country has different regulations so if you are unsure, please check with your countries customs office.
All items are shipped without insurance, unless specifically requested.
I can offer combined shipping on multiple purchases and can send an invoice for the total amount after purchases have been made should you wish to take advantage of this.
Shipping fees cover the cost of actual postage and essential packing materials. Please be assured that I will keep this cost as low as possible for the buyer.

Within the UK:
Items will be sent by First Class post.

Internationally:
Items will be sent by First Class International post from the UK and usually take between 6-14 business days to arrive. However, on the odd occasion it has been known to take up to 3-4 weeks. Please ensure you allow enough time to accommodate this should you require your items for a special event! Priority shipping can be arranged at an additional cost, please email me if you would like me to find this information out for you.
Please also bear in mind that international orders will contain a Customs Form on the outside of the package which has to state the contents – I keep these descriptions brief but I just thought i'd make you aware in case you are sending the items to someone as a gift!
