Custom and personalized orders

Processing Times

At non-peak times orders are processed within 1-7 business days (M-F) and readied for shipping. During peak seasonal months processing may take as much as 5-12 business days before shipping.

Shipping

Please make sure your name and shipping information is correct. We can only go off of what Etsy supplies us. We are therefore not responsible for shipments to the wrong address.

* Domestic orders should arrive within 5-10 business days after processing

* International orders should arrive within 4-8 business days to Canada, and 7-16 business days Worldwide

Do you accept returns/refunds/cancellations?

At Northgoods Co we want you to be 100% happy with your order. However, since our products are custom and printed on demand we unfortunately cannot accept returns, refunds or cancellations. Please make sure you pay attention to sizing information posted in each item description and order as appropriate. Please feel free to contact me in extenuating circumstances. Thanks!

Care instructions

It's common for new garments to have a bit of an odor upon receiving. This is natural and part of the custom print on demand process. Once removed from shipping material and exposed to air, the odor should dissipate naturally within a few days. Feel free to wash before wearing if you prefer.

Lost or stolen packages

All orders will come with a tracking number once shipped. This enables tracking and delivery of the order. Lost packages will ONLY be replaced when it's confirmed with the shipping company that an order is truly lost in transit.

If there happens to be a delivery issue or delay, please contact your local delivery service with the tracking number. Northgoods Co is not responsible for packages once they enter the USPS system.

*Stolen packages can not be replaced. It is not due to our negligence and therefore we are not accountable for rectifying the situation
