Hello! I am so sad to read this review. I am sorry you had difficultly putting these boxes together as they are rather simple. Of the 100's of boxes I sell weekly, you are the only person that has complained and unable to assemble a box. If you would have taken the time to reach out to me directly (instead of posting a less than 5 star review), I would have been more than happen to assist you! I am glad you received them in super speedy time as I always ship the same day an order is placed!!!

I specialize in custom cookies, packaging supplies and more! I have been creating custom decorated cookies since 2011 and absolutely love being a small part of someone's special moments.
