3 out of 5 starsThese letters were made nothing of cheap wood and they are quite pricy. I ordered 2 letters and the K is much bigger than the J, even though they are 12” each. The customer service was timely and helpful; I just think it was a bit overpriced

Considering since we opened in 2012 we have had "O" negative feedback on our letters and thousands of very happy customers. We feel we must respond. All our letters have always been made from 3/4 inch Lamented Birch Plywood that cost twice as much as some of our competitors who use 1/2-3/4 inch MDF board or Standard Pine Plywood. The best shops on Etsy are using the same wood we use because of the quality and reliability of the material. So we respectfully disagree that we are using "cheap wood". As for the size. Your letter is 12 inches tall and an EXAXT copy of the original font. The listing clearly shows the letter K is much wider then the J. As for price we charge $30 for 12 inch. Our competitors $30-$35. Also in case you forgot about the free of charge whites hooks you requested for your letters. YW
