Are there any active coupon codes?
All promos and active codes are posted on Instagram or Facebook. If you do not see anything recently posted on social media, then there is no active promotion or code at the time!
Is there tracking for my order?
You have the option to select tracking during checkout. If you do not purchase tracking, your order will be sent as regular mail via Canada Post.
What happens if my order has not arrived in the estimated timeframe?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait one more week to allow the postal service time to reroute the mail back to me in case it was undeliverable. If nothing shows up after that extra week, you can message me here on Etsy and I will try my best to figure something out with you!
We have a window of 21 days after your delivery estimate as shown on your shipping notification to help you with order related issues. If you do not contact us within this window, we will be unable to assist you due to the amount of time that has passed and post offices not being able to provide any extra assistance.
There may be possible reshipment fees in the case of missing orders.
What size are the stickers? How many are on one sheet?
The listing photos for each listing displays the size of the stickers on a full Erin Condren box (1.5x1.9 inch). That will give you an estimate for how large the stickers are. The second listing photo also shows full sheet of stickers so you can see how many stickers are included on each sheet. In addition, the description for each listing has the exact measurements of the sheets listed.
Can I request a custom order for something that isn't in the shop?
We are not able to do custom requests at the moment but we are always looking for sticker suggestions! Feel free to send us a message here or post on our Facebook Group with ideas of stickers you'd like to see and we will try our best to make it happen!
Can we combine codes?
No, codes and promotions cannot be combined on Etsy!
What happens if there is something wrong with the item I received?
Our shop specializes in handmade products. We try our best to quality control our items so that everything you receive exceeds our standards however if you ever have an issue with a product, please make sure to reach out to us within 3 months of your shipment date and we will be more than happy to help.
Please make sure to check your products when you receive them so that you can contact us within this time frame. After 3 months, products may be discontinued or out of stock so we will no longer be able to provide assistance.
When will my order arrive?
The following are estimates for mail delivery with Canada Post. This may vary depending on holidays or events that may affect mail volume. Customs processing times are also a factor not included in these estimates!
Canada: 2-12 business days
USA: 4-25 business days
International: 6-35 business days
Certain international countries such as Thailand, Russia, Israel, Malaysia, etc have longer delivery times and will usually be closer to the 35 business days estimate.
If your order was not deliverable within the estimated time, please allow an extra week for the post to reroute the mail back to me! Thank you!
The amount I paid for shipping does not exactly match the postage. Why?
Our shipping costs are flat rate for stickers which means that whether you order 1 sheet, or 100 sheets, you are paying the same shipping fee. These fees also include costs for your packaging materials, so it is not just the amount that you see on the postage. Since they are considered flat rate fees, there will be no refunds, nor will you be asked to pay extra if your package is particularly heavy and I am required to cover the remaining amount.
We have asked our customers many times what they prefer, and the majority have continued to prefer this flat rate option!
Can you combine my orders to save on shipping?
We are not able to combine orders due to the volume of orders that we handle daily. It is very difficult to locate an order in our various stages of processing. To decrease processing times, orders cannot be combined, cancelled, or modified once it has been placed. Thank you for your understanding.
