I re-use and recycle outer packaging, please purchase a packaging upgrade if you want new external packaging. This is for sustainability reasons.

I obtain proof of postage for all my orders, and am not responsible for the post going missing. If you are concerned and would like tracking, please message me and we can arrange a postage upgrade. I try to keep postage as low as possible, so it doesn't include tracking unless specfically requested and surcharge agreed.

Turnaround time for custom order items are 1-2 weeks unless otherwise informed or during peak periods this may be longer. Ready to order items are shipped in 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated. Often things are made or shipped faster but I cannot promise this. Message me before if you are working on a deadline.
