I believe that each piece of jewellery is unique just like you and me and has a story to tell and my role as the artist is to help to capture and express this uniqueness.
No two pieces are the same and each piece is individually designed.
In Oriole Studio all jewellery is designed and hand crafted by me with love, care and attention. I really enjoy making each piece of jewellery and hope you'll love them too!

It's not advertised as a fidget toy but the bead inside is moveable and i love to touch it and move it about, it's quite comforting! i have loads of rings but this is my favorite. if you're thinking about getting this ring, just do it! it's truly fantastic

Gift wrapping and packaging
I am offering optional gift wrap service in a presentation box and with a personalised message if required. Please see shipping upgrades on the checkout if you'd like this or message me and I'll do my best to help you.

I am happy to accept custom orders and to personalise jewellery specifically for you- please get in touch to discuss your idea.

Some of my jewellery is available for wholesale and I have experience of successful wholesale partnerships. Please get in touch if interested to explore.
Returns
All my items are lovingly made by me and I want you to love them just as much as I do. If, however, you are disappointed with your item then I will happily take it back and refund the cost of the item (minus the original P&P costs), provided it comes back to me in the same pristine state that it left me. Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to me remains the responsibility of the buyer in such circumstances.
If, however, you consider an item to be faulty on arrival then please contact me and we'll work out a solution - either a refund or a repair/replacement. In these circumstances I will be responsible for your shipping costs in getting the faulty goods back to me.
Delivery date
Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee a delivery date. Although Royal Mail will dispatch your package to the appropriate country on the first available flight, delivery standards in other countries do vary. Also packages can be held up in Customs in the country of arrival for several days or even weeks. This is completely beyond my control so please do bear this in mind if you need your item for a specific date.
I'll always do my best to post the order promptly and will inform you about the dispatch.
If you would like to be able to track the progress of your order online or for extra security please choose AirSure (online trackable service) on your checkout. I keep the Proof of Postage receipt on all orders.
Postage
I take great care to wrap all parcels well, but I can not be held responsible for any damage to goods by the postal service. All damage claims need to be made to the responsible postal service.
I keep the record and happy to e-mail you the Proof of Postage for your order, but I am not responsible or liable for any items lost in post. All loss parcel claims need to be made to the responsible postal service. Please go with AirSure or Trackable/ Sign for delivery options on checkout for any high value items, if you are not confident about the postal service in your country or where you simply would like extra security and the piece of mind.
