We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges on made-to-order items.
We do not accept Custom Orders at this time. However, you can request to make minor changes to an item you wish to purchase.
If your request is possible for us to fulfill and are approved by both parties, you will be instructed to make the purchase first. Changes will start after full payment is received.

• Returns are ACCEPTED. You have 7 Days from item delivery to ship this item back to us. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
