Hello to all my US customers! Shipping times from Germany are now faster so have improved at last and some overseas parcels reach their destination in US very quickly whilst others from here may be stuck in customs or elsewhere. There is no guarantee. So please do not be surprised if the estimated delivery times seem long, this is just to avoid disappointment! I do not provide the postal services so I cannot offer a delivery time guarantee. All purchases includes tracked shipping, domestic and international. International buyers will be responsible for paying any additional customs/VAT charges.
I always ship as economically as possible and refund any overage you may have paid.

On their way to a new life; my vintage items are at least 20 years old. Some may have very slight signs of wear consistent with their age; elegantly knackered, but any large flaws will of course be noted.
In the unlikely event of damage in transit, please notify me immediately as a claim must be made to DHL (carrier) within 1 week.

Ihr findet hier lauter alte Schätze die sich bei mir im Dachboden und in der Scheune angesammelt haben. Viele der schönsten Stücke sind aus Deutschland, England und Frankreich und waren im Besitz meiner Familie.
Es ist mir wichtig, dass meine Ware in einem einwandfreien Zustand bei Euch ankommt.
Da meine Produkte meist weit über 20 Jahre alt sind, ist eine gewisse Patina nicht auszuschließen. Ich bemühe mich alle Merkmale genau zu beschreiben.

My only feedback is in regard to the packaging- the packaging came loose during transit and by the time it arrived the hangers were sticking out of the box. The ends of the hangers got a bit scratched. Other than that, the product is great.

Frequently asked questions
How to proceed if your order arrives damaged in the process of delivery.
If your order was damaged in the process of delivery, follow this instruction to get a refund -
First, inform me no later than two days from the delivery.
Then, contact the company who delivered your package, they will write a protocol of damage.
Send this to me, together with several photos of the damaged package, so that I can make an official claim.
Shipping times, and delays,
There have been worldwide disruptions to postal services since the beginning of the pandemic.
In some cases, the shipping information is not up-dated because the parcels are not being scanned by the shippers.
I do not provide the postal services so I cannot offer a delivery time guarantee as it is impossible to say how these disruptions will effect delivery times.
If you were not at home to receive your parcel, resulting in long shipping delays, this is not the reason for a refund or bad review as these are situations over which I have no control.
