The vase arrived safely and in a timely manner. I was surprised upon opening the vase how much lovelier it is in person! It is beautifully crafted with gorgeous color and details! Do you ship outside the continental United States? Do You ship internationally?
"Free Shipping” applies to the Continental United States only!!!
If you need your purchase shipped to a Hawaii, Alaska, a PO Box, an APO, AE or AP Address, or internationally, please contact us BEFORE purchasing so we can give you a shipping quote. Telling us your "ship to" address and which piece you'd like to purchase will allow us to give you the most accurate shipping quote. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, and international shipping (includes AE,AP address) is more expensive and you will need to pay an additional shipping fee.
COMMON SENSE REMINDER!
Keep your home's light and display in mind when purchasing. We photograph our work with bright lights and a white background, so as to show the true colors. Placing our work against darker colors or with low light may effect how well the work is displayed. Glass is transparent/translucent by nature and dark colors (like a darkly stained piece of furniture or painted wall) placed behind or underneath it may show through. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us, by message, through Etsy.
Will my order ship with a tracking number and insurance ? How do we calculate shipping fees?
Yes! We'll send you your tracking number(s) as soon as your purchase ships. All orders also include insurance for the cost of your purchase. "Ships to" price is based on a national average (everyone pays the same fee, continental U.S. only), and it covers shipping fees, packaging, handling, tracking, and insurance. Orders will ship via FedEx or USPS. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for any delays, loss, or theft that occurs after we've shipped.
We do not currently offer "Signature Required" deliveries.
Care instructions
Please protect your work from thermal shock (i.e. extreme temperature changes). Temperature shock will crack your glass! Do not put hot fluids in or on your glass. Your glass is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash room temperature glass in tepid water with a mild dish soap. Do not scrub with any abrasive products, it may scratch your glass.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping. We are happy to include a gift note or personal note with your purchase. Please leave any instructions in the "Note to Seller" during checkout.

We list the dimensions of all our pieces under "Item Details" along with a full description of each piece.
How soon will my purchase ship?
All the pieces in our shop are already made. Please give us one to two business days to properly pack your purchase for shipping.
How soon can I expect delivery of my purchase?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, season, and possible weather delays. Most items will arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for any delays that occur after we've shipped. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us BEFORE you purchase so we can get you an accurate shipping quote. Expedited shipping is not covered by our free shipping offer and you will need to pay an additional shipping fee before we can ship.
