All of my creations are handmade with love, passion, fantasy and attention to details. The best of the handmade world is that you can have a personalized creation made just for you or for someone special for you!

For clay creations, no molds are used. Each one is a unique piece of art and requires many hours of attentive work. I'm sure you will love them!
And they will last for a longtime if handled with care:
- when you receive the parcel, put attention to gently unwrap the items/figurines because, for a safer shipping, I carefully block them with scotch-tape to the bubble film and/or to the box (or other support).
- they have little details, so please keep them away from young children’s hands.
- clay is not water resistant: for example, if you use the figurines as cake toppers, don't put them directly on the surface of the cake (I usually apply a small clear plastic protection on the bottom of the figurines before shipping to you, so you will be able to keep them clean on the cake and treasure them as keepsake after the event) nor on the fridge with the cake LOL!
- for dusting them, just use a dry cloth or brush.

All items come from a smoke and pet free studio (but I love a lot all animals!).

PAYMENT
I accept payment with Paypal (and credit card via Paypal).

For not USA buyers (European, Australian, etc.): please remember that the prices are in U.S. dollars. You can change your settings to visualize the approximate costs in Euros or other currencies, just clicking on the light blue link at the end of each page.

You can pay with PayPal also if you are not a registered PayPal user. Once you checked out on Etsy, and subitted your order, click the "Pay with PayPal" button. On the bottom of the PayPal page you will see the option to pay with a credit card without having to register ("Don't have a Paypal account? The items are shipped to the Paypal address via standard airmail or registered mail, as specified on each item description. Please be sure your Paypal address is correct.
The Ready to ship items are sent within 2-3 business days after payment has been received (or sooner if possible).
For the Personalized orders, the turnaround time could vary according to the complexity of the pieces and to the amount of orders I have in that moment (from few days to 3-6 weeks) as specified in the description of each item. If you need a rush order please contact me BEFORE purchasing so I will be able to tell you if I can accommodate it.

I am happy to combine postage costs for multiple items, just let me know before purchasing.

Shipping within Europe normally takes 7-12 days. Shipping to USA, Canada, Australia and other countries outside Europe takes approximately 10-15 days.

RARE EVENTS:
- Delays on delivery: please note that, even if I would like, I can't control postal or Country of destination's Customs delays and I'm not responsible for them. Also shippings can become slower in some times of the year (ie.: Christmas, etc.).

- Parcel sent back to the sender: if a parcel is "sent back to the sender" by the recipient's postal service/courier/postman for any reason, and the address I wrote on it, is correct (the one provided by the buyer), he will have to pay for the reship once the parcel will be received back. But it is a very rare event ;)

- Taxes on imported goods: some Countries have taxes on imported goods: the customer is responsible for paying these taxes in their own country (it is only for some countries; ie, for USA, taxes are NOT charged if the value of the imported goods is less than US$800).

- Damages: postal services do not offer special shipping for fragile items but I do my best to make the safest packages using tissue paper, bubble film, gift boxes in most cases, and bubble envelopes, so you will receive your items in perfect conditions. When you receive the packet, put attention to GENTLY UNWRAP the items/figurines because, for a safer shipping, I carefully block them with scotch-tape to the bubble film and/or to the box (or other support). In the rare case of a damage occurred during shipping, feel free to contact me, we will work together to find a solution but usually, a tiny drop (just a "veil") of strong glue using a toothpick, will fix back a loose piece in an invisible way. Me too during the sculpting process, fix all pieces one to each other with glue, for a more resistant result.
