5 out of 5 starsI'm so happy with my cushion order! It is a gift for a best friend who is getting married and her new hubby. The quality is excellent and I would definitely recommend people to use PatternPiper. In fact I've just ordered another customised cushion to go alongside this one as I'm so happy with it. PatternPiper have been really accommodating in my request and I can't wait to see it... I like the idea of giving someone a present that has been handmade just for them. The price is also very reasonable.

Payment
Prices are in £ (GBP) and don't include shipping. Shipping costs are detailed at the end of the item listing.
If you order a "Made To Order" item I will start making it once your payment has been received.
Shipping
Ready to ship orders will be sent on the next working day after payment is received - except if the next working day is a Wednesday, as our village post office is closed on Wednesday afternoons!
UK orders will be sent by standard second class post. If you'd like first class post or a tracking number for your parcel please let me know and i will arrange this for you and adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
I will let you know when I have posted your order.
International orders will be sent by standard airmail. The customer will be responsible for any duties and customs charges that may arise.
"Made to order" items will be shipped once the item has been completed. I will "convo" with you to keep you informed of progress. I aim to ship "Made to order" items within 1-2 weeks from payment, so please take this into account when ordering.
Shipping costs include packaging.
Please note I cannot be held responsible for any delays once your order has been shipped.
