Never shipped, owner never replied

The sign is perfect and just as described. It just took 2 months to get shipped.

I was very disappointed with Jenna's untimely delivery and poor communication. I did not receive my order for 5 weeks which is far longer than what is quoted. I had contacted Jenna about 10 days after I was supposed to have received my order. Jenna responded that she was behind on orders and would ship my order that day. I expressed understanding about being behind and requested the tracking information. I did not hear back. I reached out to Jenna again about 5-6 days later again requesting the tracking info and expressing some disappointment as this was for my nursery. I did not hear back and when I went to check for a response a couple of days later, her shop was closed on etsy temporarily. It was packaged in brown paper and when it arrived it was soaked and dirty from the snowy weather. Overall very disappointed.

Love this item! It took a month and a half to arrive but very beautiful.

The pillow is adorable and exactly what I wanted. Looks very well made. My only issue is that the seller took a week or more to get back to me when I messaged her and shipping took much longer then expected. But I am very happy I did not cancel my order because it looks great in my sons room!
