The seller helped work with me to ensure it would arrive on time for the celebration we were throwing for my friend and it came with plenty of time to spare and was a huge hit with my friend.

Some of the letters were not glued perfectly so there was some white trim exposed, however, it was a very easy fix with scissors. Shipping to the US takes quite some time, so if you need it within 2-3 weeks I would keep that in mind. Overall, I was very satisfied with my purchase.

My address details are old, can you redirect my order?
Your order will be shipped to the address as provided on your Etsy account. Please make sure these details are correct before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for orders being sent to an incorrect (old) address, this is the buyers responsibility.
Can I upgrade to priority shipping?
Yes orders can be upgraded upon request (this will incur an additional cost for shipping upgrade) or select the available priority shipping option for international orders or next day delivery for UK orders. Priority shipping can also be tracked online. Please contact us for cost details.
Priority shipping aims to deliver in the following times.
UK - Next working day guarantee
Europe - 3-5 working days
US/Canada/Australia - 5-10 working days

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?
Unfortunately standard airmail delivery/first class delivery does not include a tracking number.
You will only receive a tracking number if you have purchased priority shipping or next day delivery which can be tracked here - https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
I received a product and it is damaged, what do I do now?
If on the rare occasion this happens please do not open or use the products. Email us ASAP with an image of the damaged item to arrange a replacement of the product or a refund for the damaged item.
Do you offer your products for wholesale?
We currently only sell to the public and do not have wholesale prices. All our prices are available online.
Bulk discounts are only offered on select products.
Do you offer a click and collect option?
At this time, we do not offer a click and collect option.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail delivery.
Can I add to my order after it's been placed?
If we have not dispatched your order, we can usually add to it. Contact us and we will double check if we are able to add to your order. Please note as all items are made to order adding additional items to your order can extend production times.
Are your cake toppers and cupcake toppers double sided?
All our cake and cupcake toppers are one sided only (glitter on the front and plain on the back).
