Wholesale prices depend on the item and quantity of the order.
Once you have purchased the item, please make your payment as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours. This way I can ship your item to you as soon as possible so it can begin its new life with you! I accept PayPal only. Each item is made by hand, with careful attention to detail and perfection.
Please allow at least 15 days for all orders to ship.
I send things out carefully packaged and recorded delivery. Any extra international customs costs must be paid by the buyer.
NOTE: Please be sure to give me the correct address for shipping your purchase. I will always ship to your ETSY ADDRESS unless specified.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International customers are responsable for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
International orders - I do ship internationally. My international rates are included with every listing. International mail can be very unpredictable. I've had packages reach their destination in 5 days, and I've had it take 6 weeks. Shipping time is not indicative of the seller, as we have no control over the package, or which ones get "stuck" in customs.
Because we are unable to track smaller international envelopes once they leave France after shipping, international customers will have to assume all responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. We will NOT be able to offer a refund or ship a replacement order for any lost or damaged parcel.
