Our garments are measured flat. Please compare our measurements to your best fitting clothes. Allow wiggle room. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO LACK OF FIT. WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING.

Care instructions

Please launder or dry clean your items to meet your personal standards. We do not attempt dry cleaning in our rural area. We do hand wash garments and spot clean, if the fabric allows.

When to contact

We want you to love your purchase! Please convo with any questions prior to purchase. Note - most all vintage has been worn and may have some small issue(s). We do our best to describe any visible flaw(s). Wearing a garment may cause breakage, for which we are not responsible. If you have issues after purchasing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving, via an Etsy convo!

Do you reserve items?

Yes, we reserve items for 3 days from initial request. This is a courtesy, free of charge from PetticoatsPlus. You will receive a single reminder prior to removal of the reserve.

Sorry, but we do not accept the Klarna payment on installment feature.

What shipping methods do you use?

Stateside packages ship USPS First Class, Priority, or Standard Ground or UPS (for heavy items - over 4 pounds). We will contact you about your preference for USPS Standard Ground or UPS for heavy items. Delivery time is reflected in which service you choose. Most items arrive within 2-7 days from posting date within the U.S.

Note - USPS no longer guarantees overnight delivery. Please note this, when requesting expedited shipping. Expedited shipping overages are payable through PayPal.

We also accept local pickup with no charge. Please contact us first

Returns

PetticoatsPlus only accepts returns for items grossly misrepresented in our listings. All others will be considered on a case by case basis.
