The dress is absolutely beautiful and Phoebe has been incredible to work with throughout the whole process. Everything was always very well-communicated and she is quick to respond to emails which really put my mind at ease. Her style is amazing. Due to the delicate nature of silk fabrics, they may become creased during transit, so I suggest having a place to hang the dress as soon as it arrives and any creases should fall out with a little time. Alternatively, and only if absolutely necessary they can be steamed lightly or pressed with a dry iron, but I would highly recommend seeking a professional to carry this out.
Alternatively, you can collect the garments in person if this suits you.
