My order has arrived damaged - what do I do?

If an item does arrive to you damaged, you must keep the item and package as originally received and contact the US Postal Service. I can not file a claim thru the postal system for you. If the packaging is not retained, no claim can be filed with the US Postal service. Photos and other documentation may be required from you to process the claim.
NEW POLICY - NON- NEGOTIABLE
The buyer is now responsible to submit an insurance claim directly to the post office and wait for the refund from them. The post office will require to see the item AND the packaging so the buyer will have to follow through on that to keep the claim in process. I no longer have the item and cannot do that. Visit usps.com to file a claim or you may to your local post.
