I’m a vintage crazy Nordic gal who just loves the feel and look of a nice garment, bag, jewelry or shoe. I also like old houses, the woods and our timber cottage.

I believe that vintage clothes generally are better made and look more authentically stylish than most clothes of today. It's also financially smart and environmentally sustainable to buy vintage clothes that were made some time ago, been worn lightly and treated with care. Also, it feels good to know that you are wearing nearly one-of-a-kind garments that often creates a individual style.

My personal favorites’ are anything made of silk, a 40’s or 60’s silhouette in a natural fiber. I’m also a sucker for dresses in earthy shades, and all shades of green are simply fantastic! Time not spent tending to the shop is spent studying psychology at the university of Östersund, or hanging out with my dear partner and our two dogs.

Everything in my shop is handpicked from the small towns of Sweden, washed gently, looked over and mended if necessary.

Questions, comments and concerns are always welcome!
Thanks for supporting my shop!

Payment

I accept Paypal. If you would like me to hold an item for you please contact me and I will be happy to work with you! You can reserve a item up to two weeks.

Shipping

I always try to send orders within two days, if nothing else is agreed.
Normally you will have your package within 3 days for domestic shipping.
International shipping usually takes 10-14 days, but sometimes shipping can take 3-6 weeks. It varies depending on the postal service.
International buyers are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country.

I always ship at the most economic rate, which do not include the ability to track the package. But if you would like to add insurance, or would like to track the package, let me know prior to making payment and I will adjust the shipping cost.

Pine Vintage will not be held responsible for packages lost in the mail. Please consider adding shipping insurance, to your order if you have any concerns about your package arriving safely and on time.

Additional policies and FAQs

To ensure your item is well suited for you, please read the measurement guide below, double-check and compare the listing size/measurements and your own size to get the best fit. It is important that you allow enough wearing ease to move comfortably while wearing your vintage garment.

Measurement guide:
All measurements are taken when garment is lying flat, and they are approximate.
Shoulder, measured across the back from arm seam to arm seam.
Sleeve/arm length, measured from the arm seam to the end of sleeve.
Bust, measured across the front from under arm seam to under arm seam.
Waist, measured at the smallest part of the garment, at the waistline.
Length, is measured from shoulder to waist and waist to hem.

For shoe sizing I use this website: http://www.i18nguy.com/l10n/shoes.html#adult

If you are unsure and have a question about the size or appearance of an item, contact me and I will gladly send you more pictures or take additional measurements. It is often possible to have a vintage garment altered to fit you and I am happy to answer any questions about available seam allowances, darts, and hem allowances before you purchase.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please send a message before purchasing.
